Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site-based evaluations of designated properties and generating audit reports
  • Assessing and managing engineering business risks in alignment with property management directives
  • Creating and implementing innovative technical consultancy services to enhance client offerings
  • Completing engineering site assessments and audit documentation in a specified format
  • Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, service providers, and regulatory bodies
  • Offering technical guidance and support to the surveyor and RFM team
  • Staying updated on legislative changes and guidelines, while monitoring advancements in building services

Qualifications:

  • Strong M&E consultancy capabilities supported by relevant professional credentials and continuous education
  • In-depth knowledge of facilities management processes, including CAFM systems
  • Familiarity with current statutory PPM testing and maintenance requirements for M&E systems and installations, including health and safety compliance
  • Effective time management, planning, and organizational abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence others
