Workstreet is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team and help drive our customer experience social media channels forward. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the marketing team with internal and external communications, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand voice across all channels.
- Develop and execute a range of marketing materials, including social media content, email campaigns, and website updates, that are creative, engaging, and aligned with our brand strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute an internal communications strategy, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Analyze the impact and effectiveness of all communications activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support communications for events, presentations, and social media, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message.
- Develop relationships with relevant media contacts, building and maintaining a strong network of influencers and partners.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our company brand, ensuring it remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with our business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and developments, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketing efforts.
- Degree-level education in a relevant field, or equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience in writing content and producing marketing materials, with a strong portfolio of work.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO content creation and social media management.
- Experience working on marketing campaigns and reporting, with a focus on analytics and insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience of Adobe Creative Suite.
