Job Summary:

Arbuthnot Yon is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lawyer to join our team and contribute to our mission of supporting the UK's net zero ambitions. As a key member of our legal team, you will work on high-profile net zero infrastructure projects, collaborating with experienced lawyers and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver commercial agreements and large-scale projects.

About the Role:

We are looking for a commercial lawyer with approximately NQ-4 PQE gained in private practice or in-house, who is passionate about sustainability and compliance. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of commercial agreements, from procurement to supplier contracts, and contribute to the development of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experienced lawyers and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver commercial agreements and large-scale projects
  • Work on high-profile net zero infrastructure projects, contributing to the UK's net zero ambitions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of large-scale projects, working closely with the legal team

Arbuthnot Yon offers a competitive salary and package, including a 15% bonus, 12% pension, and healthcare. We also offer a hybrid working model, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office.
