Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced HR professional to lead and manage outsourced end-to-end recruitment projects for our key clients across the public and private sectors.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to lead key recruitment projects and drive success for our clients and our business. As a Senior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for leading a team of HR Consultants responsible for delivering recruitment managed services to key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management:
    • Lead a team of HR Consultants to deliver recruitment managed services to key clients.
    • Coach and develop team members to enhance their recruiting expertise and client service delivery.
    • Implement innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies to ensure the team meets performance objectives and recruitment metrics.
    • Oversee team recruitment, onboarding, and development to maintain optimum talent levels.
  • Client Management:
    • Build in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and recruitment drivers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Act as an ambassador for Staffline Recruitment Ireland, promoting our resourcing solutions within the business and stakeholder communities.
    • Strengthen and grow client accounts by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
    • Support client projects by agreeing on timelines and delivering on recruitment project plans.
  • Resourcing:
    • Develop and implement recruitment project plans, agreeing on milestones and timelines with clients.
    • Review and refine job descriptions and personnel specifications to align with client needs and legal requirements.
    • Create and execute engaging advertising strategies, including digital job board utilisation, targeted search channels, and social media campaigns.
    • Monitor ad performance, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure accurate job postings on our ATS.
  • Screening:
    • Design and utilise shortlisting matrices to identify qualified candidates.
    • Present shortlisting recommendations to clients and manage the shortlisting process.
    • Consult with clients on the use of psychometric tests for screening high-volume candidate pools.
  • Selection:
    • Design and deliver innovative selection strategies, including competency-based interviews and psychometric exercises.
    • Act as an assessor or chairperson during interviews, ensuring a fair and unbiased selection process.
    • Administer and score ability and aptitude tests for recruitment and development centres.
  • Onboarding:
    • Manage the onboarding process, including job offers, references, vetting, and necessary checks to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Communication:
    • Oversee candidate management throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including application receipt, interview scheduling, and feedback provision.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Stay informed on employment legislation and emerging assessment technologies to enhance recruitment solutions.
    • Generate post-campaign reviews, identifying successes and areas for improvement.
    • Raise the profile of the Staffline Recruitment Ireland brand within professional networks.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing a team of HR Consultants and overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or above, with full membership of CIPD.
  • Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Desirable:

  • Experience in public sector recruitment.
  • Degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Level A or B Registered Test User qualification.
