**Role Description**

This is a contract hybrid role for a Smart Home AV Technician at Pro Media Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Audio Visual (AV) Systems
  • Setting up and configuring Video Conferencing systems
  • Working with lighting systems, including Lutron, Control4, and Rako for home automation
  • Configuring Home Cinema Systems

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Audio Visual (AV) Systems installation and maintenance
  • Skills in troubleshooting technical issues related to AV systems
  • Knowledge of Video Conferencing systems
  • Understanding of lighting systems
  • Proficiency in setting up and configuring Home Cinema Systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Certifications in relevant technology fields are a plus, and experience with Control4 is an advantage.
