Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team at Slater Hogg & Howison. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, acting as a primary point of contact for tenants and landlords, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of tenant and landlord inquiries
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues and partners to achieve individual, team, and business targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve customer service and business outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Knowledge of property management and customer service principles, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
