About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Marketing Consultant to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Property Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market
  • Market properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
  • Complete contracts on properties
  • Upsell additional products
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
  • Canvass the local area and conduct door-to-door marketing
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Experience as an Estate Agent ready to take the next step in their career
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and enjoyable working environment
  • Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team
  • Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages)
  • Strong attention to detail
