Lead ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to lead the development of our platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and developing the platform, driving business requirements, and communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets business needs and is scalable.
  • Drive business requirements and work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the company's systems and technologies, embedding this knowledge in ServiceNow to support 1st Line support teams.
  • Follow IT security and risk management processes to mitigate potential risks and ensure exposure is minimal.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, etc.
  • Experience with web technologies XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.
  • ServiceNow qualifications are advantageous, as is ITIL Certification.
