About the Role:

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Air Tightness Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' buildings meet and exceed regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in resolving defects and ensuring regulatory compliance for their projects/developments.
  • Prepare and structure reports and supporting documents to provide a comprehensive assessment of design and monitoring issues during the initial construction phases.
  • Regularly attend meetings with key stakeholders from design and contractor teams to assess designs and review findings from inspections.

Requirements:

  • ATTMA Level 2 certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in air tightness or a related field and/or holding the CWCT qualification
  • Possession of a full UK driver's licence
  • Proficiency in working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
