About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our residential sales team in Wakefield. As a key member of our Bridgfords team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of estate agents, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with the area manager to set and achieve sales targets, and to develop and implement business plans
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of estate agents
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the estate agency industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to various locations
