Position Overview

The Pensions Projects Team is responsible for delivering high-quality projects to our clients. As a Pensions Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of project analysts and administrators, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project analysts and administrators to deliver high-quality projects to clients
  • Collaborate with different areas of the business to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards, meeting the needs of our clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the pensions industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
