The Role: Graphic Designer
We are seeking a tenacious, driven, and organized Graphic Designer who possesses exceptional creativity and can hit the ground running. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering impactful designs, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and execute creative art projects, including packaging design, digital marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Adapt existing artwork to various layouts and formats, ensuring brand consistency.
- Transform briefs from concept to engaging final documents, adhering to brand guidelines and client requirements.
- Develop master presentations and custom slides that align with brand identity, refining and evolving them as needed.
- Manage the sales collateral library, empowering the sales team through the creation and maintenance of design templates.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, collaborating closely with the Head of Studio and Senior Designers to deliver exceptional results within deadlines, budgets, and briefs.
- Build strong partnerships with the marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on design strategies.
About You:
- Proven experience of 5+ years in a similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of creative work.
- A comprehensive understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and current design trends.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others to achieve shared goals.
- Proven experience working within brand guidelines and adapting designs accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to interpret briefs accurately and translate key messages into compelling visual presentations.
- Experience in branding and packaging design is highly desirable.
- Solid skills in PowerPoint and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A genuine passion for good design and its impact on businesses.
- A task-oriented approach with a collaborative mindset.
