We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our Gainsborough Community Nursing Team. As a community staff nurse, you will be responsible for delivering care to patients in their own homes, care homes, and clinic settings.
Main Responsibilities- Assess care needs and plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care using innovative evidence-based practice.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver care to patients in their own homes and clinic settings.
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination.

We are looking for a Registered Nurse with the following qualifications and experience:
- Current 1st level UK NMC adult nurse registration.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Demonstration of mentorship, supervisor, or assessor qualification and its use in practice.
Desirable qualifications include evidence of completed leadership modules/qualification and V100 or V150 Community Practitioner prescribing course undertaken.
