We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Manager to join our team at Gerrell & Hard in Norfolk. As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering project plans for new proposals and existing projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver project plans for new proposals and existing projects through liaison with functional departments leaders.
- Define project scope and timeline, identifying key project deliverables and milestones.
- Manage project timing within overall program plan; track progress and changes.
- Control project spend within allocated budget using forecasting tools.
- Ensure quality of deliverables from functional departments.
- Minimum HNC/HND third-level qualifications.
- At least 5 years of experience working within automotive design and development programs.
- Understanding of manufacturing process and ability to understand engineering drawings.
- Good communication and professional presentation skills for customer and supplier interfacing.
The successful candidate will work in an office environment with 15% travel required to customer offices, production locations, and supplier production locations.
