About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate VAWG Caseworker to join our team. As a VAWG Caseworker, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide specialist support to women and girls who have experienced trauma, abuse, and exploitation. Your primary focus will be on providing emotional and practical support, advising, and empowering women to make informed decisions about their lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with women who are at risk or struggling with challenging circumstances, including those in the criminal justice system and those with experience of trauma, selling sex, or sexual exploitation.
• Provide emotional and practical support, advice, and guidance to women to help them stabilize their situation and access appropriate services and support.
• Promote the service to external agencies and promote good practice.
• Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement effective strategies to support women and girls.
