  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations based on market analysis to assist clients in making informed decisions
  • Work closely with vendors to understand their needs and priorities
  • Ensure all relevant legal and regulatory requirements are met in the valuation process

Requirements:

  • Must have estate agency experience, ideally as a Valuer looking for their next career move
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage a busy and varied workload
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Be enthusiastic and highly motivated, with a proactive and can-do approach
  • Be well-presented and professional, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
