About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Country Court. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aiding residents with their emotional well-being and social needs
  • Administration and monitoring of medications to residents
  • Supporting residents at meal times
  • Mentor and assist new employees
  • Implement, monitor, and review care plans to meet residents' specific needs
  • Plan, allocate, and supervise the work of the care team
About You

We are looking for an experienced Senior Care Assistant who has a passion for delivering high-quality care and support. You will have a friendly and caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage well with residents and their families.

You will have a strong understanding of people with dementia and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this is essential.
