Job Title: Software Engineering Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Team Leader to join our team at Endeavour Resourcing Solutions Limited. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers working on a variety of projects, including C# based desktop applications and Web Apps designed to run on embedded devices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of software engineers and inspire them to achieve their goals
  • Resource allocation and team administration, including goal setting and performance reviews
  • Technical leadership and software development, including planning, architecture, development, and validation of new features and products
  • Mentor team members on technical matters and drive technical conversations on products and cross-engineering improvements
  • Investigate challenging and complex bugs and identify opportunities for software efficiency improvements across the business
Requirements:
  • C# Expert with the ability to code at an expert level for desktop applications
  • Software design for user experience (UX) and advanced ability to support the team in the design and implementation of customer-facing software
  • Web Development (Angular / React) and competent ability to support the team in the development of Web based applications for deployment on embedded devices
  • C/C++ and competent ability to debug and review C/C++ code to aid working with embedded software teams
  • Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead others by coaching them to make the right choices
Qualifications:
  • Educated to degree level, BSc/BEng or equivalent qualification in a related discipline, such as Electronics, Physics, Maths or Computer Science
