Executive Chinese Chef

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chinese Chef to join our team at The Peninsula London, a luxury hotel located in the heart of Belgravia. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the day-to-day food preparation for our Chinese Kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and direct the Canton Blue Kitchen team to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Create innovative recipes and menus that meet marketing, cost control, and profit objectives.
- Anticipate and evaluate market trends to recommend product and operational changes that enhance guest satisfaction.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and exceptional financial returns.
- Maintain high standards for product quality, consistency, presentation, and utilization.
- Develop positive customer relationships through proactive interaction with guests, team members, contractors, and suppliers.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Chinese Chef in a luxury hotel or large hospitality group.
- Exceptional creative abilities and extensive menu development and budget preparation experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to engage and motivate key stakeholders.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
