Job Summary
We are seeking a high-energy Residential Building Surveyor to join our team and help drive our surveying function forward.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys.
The role will require some travel to various locations, and some remote work is acceptable.
Key Responsibilities
- Production of level 2 Homebuyers and Level 3 Full Building Surveys
- Travel to various locations for site visits and meetings
- Remote work to support the team and clients
- Opportunities to train in additional skills, such as party wall, defect analysis, CDM Principal Designer, and Contract Administration
Requirements
- Knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques
- Knowledge of Residential Building Techniques
- RICS degree or SAVA training
