At Safran Seats, we stand out in the aerospace industry by collaborating with both leading airlines and airframe manufacturers, boasting the most extensive portfolio of seating options among suppliers. One day, you might engage with a major airframe manufacturer, and the next, interact with some of the most prominent airline brands globally.

In the UK, our focus is exclusively on the First Class and Business Class seating markets for wide-body aircraft, supported by our industrial and engineering teams located in various sites.

Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will assist the Purchasing team with various tasks, including:

• Following up on supplier 'request for quotations' (RFQs)
• Updating the ERP system
• Placing Purchase Orders
• Monitoring supplier delivery timelines
• Ensuring supplier commitments are met
• Coordinating with internal and external departments to facilitate seamless operations for the Purchasing team.

Additional Duties


• Clear and effective communication of assigned tasks

• Data entry and maintenance of the ERP system

• Generation of reports

• Inputting data for departmental KPIs and metrics

• Providing general assistance to the Purchasing team.

Qualifications


• Ability to resolve discrepancies across various sites

• Conducting ERP transactions, including price agreements and Purchase Order placements to support the team

• Strong attention to detail is crucial

• Confidence in communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Work Environment

This position requires no travel, as all activities are conducted onsite.
