Head of Paid Advertising

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Paid Media to join our team at Kin Collective Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all advertising accounts across multiple platforms, including social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our clients' campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance campaign performance and drive results.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimize performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing management, with a focus on paid advertising and team leadership.
- Strong expertise in PPC campaign management and a strategic mindset.
