We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engagement Consultant to join our growing team at Marston Holdings. As a key member of our Communications and Engagement team, you will play a vital role in delivering public consultation, community engagement, and behaviour change projects that make a real impact on our clients and the communities they serve.
Key Responsibilities- Develop high-quality consultation, engagement, and communications plans that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Lead the delivery of projects within budget and deadlines, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.
- Build strong relationships with internal project teams and be a single point of contact in the Communications and Engagement team, providing expert advice to achieve shared outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality and robust quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Experience in the design and delivery of public consultations, community engagement, and behaviour change projects.
- Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in data collection and analysis processes, including PowerBI, GIS, and AI.
- Experience in the infrastructure or planning sectors is beneficial.
