Key Responsibilities
- Support the CFO in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, reported from accounting systems across the group
- Partner with senior management to provide financial guidance and support
- Develop and manage annual budgets to demonstrate efficient growth and profitability
- Improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Continuously review and improve financial control and management information systems and procedures
- Plan and support projects to identify and address financial opportunities and challenges
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a senior financial management and reporting role
- Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent
- Significant experience in audit or preparing statutory accounts
- Proven experience in financial modeling and analysis
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
