We are seeking a skilled Legal Administrator to join our team at Gleeson Recruitment Group. As a key member of our professional services firm, you will provide high-quality legal services to clients in the Solihull area.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage client matters efficiently, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Identify opportunities for specialist advice and refer clients to supervisors as necessary.
  • Oversee Wills administration, implementing a smooth and efficient system.
  • Handle confidential client communications, both by phone and in person.
  • Support the development and marketing of our department and firm.
  • Offer advice within your scope of training, managing cases properly, and progressing them to completion.
  • Keep clients and fee earners updated on case progress.
  • Collaborate with partners, fee earners, and team members to maintain effective working relationships.
  • Accurate time recording and billing.
  • Securing monies on account and credit control.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar legal assistant or administrator role, specifically in wills, trust, and probate.
  • Keeping up to date with technical knowledge by consulting with fee earners and attending training courses.
  • Ensuring correct management of office and client accounts.
  • Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for occasional travel.
  • Professional manner and adherence to our procedures.
