We are seeking a skilled and passionate Dentist to join our team at CHC. This position involves providing comprehensive dental services to diverse patient populations in Waterbury, specifically focusing on Crosby High School. As a key member of our dental team, you will diagnose and treat routine and emergency dental issues, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental problems, from routine checkups to urgent cases.
• Maintain meticulous records of all dental services provided to patients.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
• Respond promptly and effectively to dental emergencies for students.
• Contribute to the training and development of dental clinical personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, parents, and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• GPR or AEGD certification OR 1-2 years of general dental clinical experience.
• Active state of Connecticut dental license and DEA certification.
• Bilingual fluency in a language spoken by the patient population is highly preferred.
• American Red Cross CPR certification.

This role requires strong manual dexterity, good vision, and the ability to handle potential exposure to pathogens. Flexibility in scheduling, including on-call availability, is necessary to meet the needs of our students.
