Clinic Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated healthcare professional to fill the role of Clinic Manager at our Nottingham facility. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring medical excellence and meeting financial performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the full operational and clinical management of the clinic, maintaining high care and quality outcomes.
  2. Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations, and prepare the clinic for audits.
  3. Implement continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels.
  4. Effectively manage finances, including budget planning and cost control.
  5. Supervise, train, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous professional development.
Requirements:
  1. Level 1 Nurse Registration with the NMC.
  2. Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
