About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Fee Earner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in mergers and acquisitions, bringing experience in working alongside partners and senior solicitors on complex transactions, and, where suitable, taking the lead in managing transactions independently.

The successful candidate will support asset purchase and sale transactions by drafting ancillary documents and facilitating progress throughout the deal lifecycle. They will also assist with business disposals by completing due diligence responses and preparing supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence.
  • Oversee the due diligence process for clients, including reviewing share purchase agreements, drafting disclosure letters, and preparing related documents.
  • Handle both completion and post-completion matters.
  • Engage in a broad range of corporate legal work, including drafting articles of association and shareholders' agreements.
