We are seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Production Specialist to join our team at Randstad UK Holding. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our wastewater treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and control wastewater treatment works and pumping stations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to equipment and facilities to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor and analyze water quality data to identify trends and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and protect the environment.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
