About Us

Your Role
We are expanding our Commercial Team and seeking a seasoned Lead Cost Consultant to contribute to our growth. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote work and office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Avove's systems, processes, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor and report on financial performance of assigned contracts.
- Assist in formulating appropriate construction contracts tailored to client procurement requirements.
- Prepare precise financial statements related to assigned contracts.
- Oversee the commercial closure of contracts, maintaining accurate records to support claims, time extensions, and variations.
- Manage subcontractor appointments and ongoing relationships, including payment applications and final accounts.
- Foster the development of the Commercial and Operations Team through mentorship and training.
- Supervise the performance and professional growth of direct reports.
Qualifications
- Experience with framework and contract mechanisms.
- Background in infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects within the water sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in preparing interim and final accounts.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
- Commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement.
