About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team at Pico Technology as a Test Development Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our state-of-the-art products and associated test equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective testing strategies to ensure the quality and performance of our products.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues with our products and test equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality and performance issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test procedures and reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in testing and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of testing principles and methodologies, including Design for Test (DfT) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Proficiency in programming languages, including C, C++, and Python.
- Experience with EPROM programming, PIC, and FPGA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex technical data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
