Your Responsibilities

In this position, you will be tasked with:

  • Designing and executing personalized care strategies that foster a sense of security, dignity, and independence for our residents.
  • Building strong relationships with residents and their families to ensure the delivery of tailored care plans.
  • Leading a team of Care Assistants, upholding the highest standards of care and serving as a role model.
  • Providing essential physical and mental engagement through various social and recreational activities.
  • Administering medication and maintaining precise records of care activities.
  • Collaborating with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to enhance the quality of care.
What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A completed Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Health and Social Care, with a willingness to pursue a Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • A background in person-centered care planning, particularly with individuals experiencing dementia.
  • A positive attitude and an innate ability to connect with others.
  • Strong organizational skills and an understanding of effective record-keeping.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and the ability to recognize and respond to potential concerns.
