**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Officer to join our Surveying Services team at Pennington Choices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various data profiles across our survey services projects, working closely with our Project Manager to ensure an integrated approach that delivers key business objectives and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate, format, and deliver data for project updates
  • Monitor and audit data collection to optimize efficiency and data quality
  • Analyze data for client reports across various service areas
  • Maintain management of survey photos for each project, utilizing client's uploading process and systems
  • Liaise closely with internal teams and project leads to maintain information
  • Work collaboratively with our Project Manager and Surveyors to ensure an integrated approach, which delivers key business objectives and targets
  • Have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Word
  • Be analytically minded and quality focused
  • Have previous experience in the social housing sector, although this is not essential if you can demonstrate the strengths above
