Job Summary
The University of Edinburgh invites applications for a Teaching Fellow with academic expertise in Developmental Psychology in Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and assessing on postgraduate Developmental Psychology courses, as well as contributing to the scholarship activities of the Developmental Psychology in Education (DPiE) community.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and assess on postgraduate Developmental Psychology courses
- Contribute to the scholarship activities of the DPiE community
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research dissertations
- Contribute to positive student experience
Requirements
- PhD (or equivalent) in Developmental Psychology
- Experience of teaching in Higher Education
- Ability to teach broadly across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
Working Arrangements
This is a part-time (28 hours per week) fixed-term contract until 31st July 2027. We are open to considering requests for hybrid working that combines a mix of remote (within the UK) and regular on-campus working.
