Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lettings Administrator to join our team at Gascoigne-Pees. As a key member of our branch in Basingstoke, you will be responsible for managing our move-ins, creating tenancy paperwork, and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage move-ins, including creating tenancy paperwork and liaising with tenants to ensure timely referencing
  • Ensure all safety certificates are in place and assist tenants and landlords with queries during the process
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow

Requirements

  • Experience as an Administrator or Customer Service professional, preferably in a property or estate agency environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Resilient, positive, and detail-oriented, with a keen interest in learning and staying up-to-date with industry changes
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
