Are you a dedicated Support Assistant eager to engage with young learners aged 3-5? If you aspire to become an Educator but seek valuable classroom experience prior to pursuing a PGCE, this role may be ideal for you.
To qualify, you should possess a minimum of a 2:1 degree from a prestigious UK institution and demonstrate a strong commitment to dedicating an academic year to supporting the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
- Support the lead teacher in implementing educational activities.
- Encourage children's development through play and structured learning.
- Monitor and report on children's progress and well-being.
Qualifications
