Position Summary

An exciting opportunity has emerged to become a part of the innovative administration team within the South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership. This role involves supporting colleagues who deliver essential services to the South Lanarkshire community.

This position is situated within a dynamic environment, where you will serve as the primary administrative support, assisting staff operating in various community settings such as Residential Care Facilities, Day Care Centers, and Family Support Services.

Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Reception duties and customer service
  • Data entry into our Social Work Information System (SWiS)
  • Document preparation and word processing
  • Spreadsheet management and updates
  • Meeting coordination and scheduling
  • Note-taking and information tracking
  • Management of petty cash and online procurement
  • Processing invoices and receipts for goods and services
  • Handling phone inquiries and communications
  • Utilizing Multi-Functional Devices for scanning and document management
