Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled B2 Licensed Engineer to join our team at Stansted Airport. As a key member of our aircraft maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Routine Servicing and Defect Rectification: Perform routine maintenance tasks and rectify defects on our aircraft to ensure they are airworthy.
  • Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Recovery: Respond to AOG situations and work with our team to recover aircraft as quickly as possible.
  • Maintaining a Safe and Compliant Working Environment: Ensure all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to company procedures, policies, and regulations.
  • Supervision and Mentoring: Supervise and mentor Aircraft Mechanics and Apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements

  • Aircraft Line Maintenance Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in aircraft line maintenance is required.
  • EASA or UK CAA Part-66 B2 License: Hold a valid EASA or UK CAA Part-66 B2 License.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good IT Literacy: Have good IT literacy, with experience using AMOS or similar maintenance management systems.
