Exciting Opportunity for a Specification-Led HVAC Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Manager to join our team at Chandler Harris Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for gaining specifications with architects, M&E consultants, and consulting engineers in the HVAC sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gaining specifications with architects, M&E consultants, and consulting engineers 80-90% of the time and tracking the project through with the M&E contractor and building services/MEP contractor.
  • Influencing M&E consultants, architects, and building services consultants on a diverse range of sectors and projects, including schools, universities, shopping centers, supermarkets, and retail outlets.
  • Gaining specifications with highly regarded, energy and cost-saving heating products, air curtains, fan coil units, cassette heaters, and fan convectors.
  • Working closely with the internal sales and design team to engineer technical solutions and have knowledge of competitors' fan coils and the advantages of our products.
  • Having good commercial acumen and being able to track the project through to completion with the M&E contractor and installer.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of specification sales experience in the HVAC/building services market with architects, M&E consultants, and consulting engineers.
  • Good commercial acumen and ability to track the project through to completion with the M&E contractor and installer.
  • A full UK driver's license.
