Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of engineers to achieve project deliverables and meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior engineering managers to create a high-performing team and deliver on commitments.
- Take ownership of developing direct reports in their career progression, including identifying training and development needs.
- Communicate and enforce company policies, procedures, and processes to the team.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, absence, and holiday management.
- Work with broader engineering teams to improve methodologies and adopt best industry practices.
- Provide guidance and lead DFT work in projects, including DFT strategy definition and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or a relevant subject.
- Project management experience and/or qualification.
- Experience of empowering, delegating, and developing teams of people to deliver on projects.
- Able to coach and mentor others to improve performance.
- Logicbist implementation and verification experience.
- DFT implementation and verification of mixed signal IPs.
- Ability to work under pressure with solid organisational and creative problem-solving skills.
