We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at A1 Personnel Employment Agency Ltd. As a key member of our depot in Felixstowe, you will play a crucial role in the effective management of our trailer fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze invoices and work closely with internal and external workshops to ensure cost-effective maintenance of our trailer fleet.

2. Collaborate with customers to find the most cost-effective solutions to their maintenance needs.

3. Manage parts suppliers to ensure the best prices and service are received.

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance
  • Confident communication skills
  • Supervisory and team leadership skills are highly desirable
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills

Working Arrangements:

Normal working hours will be 45 hours per week, with a standard working week of Monday to Friday between 08.00 and 18.00, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

You will be entitled to 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
