Site Director, Quality Management

We are seeking an experienced Site Director to lead our Meals Solutions division in Carlisle. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing site strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring high levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a senior management team to deliver short, medium, and long-term objectives and targets.
- Provide strong leadership to drive operational excellence, contribute to divisional strategy, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure site financial targets are achieved by implementing cost reduction plans and managing capital investment.
- Drive employee engagement, development, and communication across the site.
- Implement a site Health & Safety strategy to ensure a safe working environment.
- Proven experience in leading a large, complex, chilled foods manufacturing business with a diverse workforce.
- Exceptional leadership skills to coach and develop senior managers.
- Experience in lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
- Able to operate at a strategic level and engage with colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience of full P&L responsibility.
- Results-driven with strong commercial acumen.
