We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team at Sandstone Care Group. As a key member of our domestic services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our care home.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a clean and beautifully presented environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being at all times.
- Order and manage cleaning and laundry supplies, ensuring they are always available and stored safely.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules, ensuring infection control is maintained at all times.
- Work collaboratively with our laundry department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare and maintain rotas to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in cleaning and laundry services.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
