About the Role

We're seeking a talented and motivated Chef to join our team at our new opening in Lymington. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to our menu specifications
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure smooth service and efficient food preparation
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Support the Head Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and staff training
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements
  • Previous kitchen experience, either as a Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef, or a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety
