Job Title: Payroll Specialist
Location: Coventry
Job Type: Permanent - 4 days office & 1 day from home.
Salary: £35K + bonus

  1. Process accurate payroll for over 1500 employees.
  2. Provide high-quality payroll services to our clients.
  3. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  4. Manage payroll-related tasks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  5. Produce financial reports for Finance teams.
  6. Maintain employee self-service accounts.
Requirements:
  1. Experience with processing payroll for over 1000 employees.
  2. Full end-to-end payroll processing experience essential.
  3. Strong Excel skills.
