About the Role: As an Assistant Land Manager, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with landowners and other stakeholders to secure property and other rights across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiation and Relationship Building: Assist in negotiating with all stakeholders, including landowners, local authorities, and developers, to secure property and other rights.
  • Relationship Management: Create, maintain, and manage strong relationships from inception through development, construction, and operation.
  • Project Management: Ensure entire project management and all aspects, including property requirements, compliance, and smooth processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in land, agriculture, or renewables.
  • Experience: Project Management experience.
  • Travel: Travel will be required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • RICS: RICS certification is desirable.
  • Stakeholder Experience: Experience working with all stakeholders, including landowners and local authorities.
