Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.
- Assessment and Feedback: Mark and provide constructive feedback on student work, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
- Student Support: Monitor the health and wellbeing of students, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure student success, maintaining open and effective communication channels.
- Safeguarding: Maintain a vigilant approach to safeguarding, working closely with the DSL lead to ensure the welfare and safety of students.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant subject expertise.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching and learning, with a strong track record of student achievement and progress.
