KFM Recruitment is currently in search of a Skilled Engineering Technician to join a reputable organization.

Employee Benefits:

  • Rotating shifts available: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00
  • Potential for additional hours

Position Overview:
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery
  • Demonstrate the ability to respond, strategize, and resolve breakdowns, equipment repairs, and general maintenance tasks
  • Adhere to current Health and Safety regulations during all activities
  • Input data into engineering spreadsheets and documentation
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Mechanical Engineering and Installation
  • Experience in a high-paced production setting
  • Awareness of Health and Safety practices
  • Possession of relevant training certifications
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capability to take initiative
  • Ability to collaborate within a team as well as work independently when necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge or experience in Electrical Engineering
  • Background in food manufacturing environments
  • Basic understanding of Food Hygiene
