Position Overview:

Sulzer, a prominent engineering firm recognized for its innovative contributions, is seeking a dedicated Quality Coordinator to enhance our operational excellence. This pivotal role is designed to foster quality assurance and continuous enhancement across our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all documentation related to quality, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Lead the 8D reporting framework, promoting effective problem resolution and driving initiatives for ongoing improvement.
  • Coordinate the calibration of instruments and equipment, guaranteeing precision and compliance with established specifications.
  • Maintain up-to-date certifications, ensuring adherence to relevant standards, including ISO and other industry-specific guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products and components to ensure they meet stringent quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a quality-centric role, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing domains.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and operational processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in document management.
  • Experience in managing 8D reports and executing corrective measures.
  • Familiarity with calibration protocols and certification standards.
  • Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to upholding high-quality standards.
