Are you a diligent and detail-focused professional with a strong interest in maintenance and facility management? Join us in ensuring a premier residential property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. This role involves not only the practical aspects of maintenance but also engaging with residents, making excellent communication skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the property, including communal areas and storage facilities.
- Participating in daily meetings with management to discuss any operational issues.
- Identifying and reporting maintenance needs, including security systems.
- Executing deep cleaning procedures to maintain a pristine environment.
- Utilizing various cleaning equipment, including pressure washers.
- Overseeing contractors to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Carrying out basic repairs, painting, and decorating as required.
- Responding promptly to emergencies such as leaks or fires.
- Keeping accurate records, including utility meter readings.
We seek an enthusiastic and approachable individual who is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is willing to assist wherever necessary. Basic administrative and computer skills are also important to maintain accurate records.
Working Hours: 21 to 28 hours per week
